Motivation

This is the Exploring Rewards. It tells me what I want most, and that will be my best motivator.
This is the Academic fears. It lists three things I don't like and three ways to stay away from them.

The topic is motivation this week. I think motivation is the reason why you do something. When it comes to college, motivation means the force which can drive students to try hard and do best in order to get a better grade or something like that. This time, I will try two different strategies---Academic Fears and Exploring Rewards. These two methods use students' instinct to draw on the disadvantages and avoid disadvantages.

Academic fears require you to figure out three academic fears and the negative and positive outcomes for each of them. And then you will decide how to avoid those disadvantages.

Exploring rewards focuses on something good for you, in other words, some good consequences. Generally speaking, you need three kinds of rewards: No-cost rewards, Low-cost rewards and High- cost rewards. Next, try them out and see which category can motivate you best.

All in all, I think these two strategies will be very useful. Although every single person will has different motivations, but these two strategies can tell you what is the most efficient motivator for you, and that is why I like them.
